My boyfriend have been ordering flowers from this store many times for the past 2 years. Recently he ordered a bouquet for me which supposed to have 10 peonies and no any other flowers then some little green for decoration. He paid almost $400 for the arrangement. It was delivered around 3 pm. First of all I was disappointed as arrangement didn’t contain only peonies- it had just few of them and others were unknown ugly fully bloomed flowers (first picture). Next day I woke up early in the morning and arrangement was already dead (2 and 3rd picture). I contacted store and dispute providing pictures the store owner refused to refund for the dead bouquet. I am just in shock how they are still having their business. Please never ever order in this store- all you bet is a bad arrangement and disrespectful attitude.

Elizabeth did wonders making my wife's surprise come true. She took my idea and made it happen! My wife loves Christmas trees and roses. As a result, she made a wonderful Christmas rose tree! Absolutely gorgeous!

We loved working with LaBloom for our wedding. Elizabeth was very kind and had an incredible vision for bringing my sometimes-complicated requests to life. From early communication to day-of delivery, we had a great experience and would recommend.

Wow! Just wow! I live in Tampa and found LaBloom online. They actually answered the phone (I called 3 others who did not answer) and were very pleasant. They arranged a beauty floral design for my mom’s 80th birthday. The bouquet and balloons were exquisite. They are my go to florists in Shreveport! Highly recommend!!!!

Mother recieved a bouquet that was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered the DELUXE version of "Bring On The Happy" and she was sent carnations in the bouquet!! The 1st photo is what was ordered. The second is what she received. $120 I spent on this. Will not order from this florist again. Edited to add‐ LaBloom contacted me directly & within a half hour my mother had a fresh beautiful bouquet. Thank you, LaBloom for making this right! (3rd photo)
